What we are
We are not a marketplace, and we are not a trend store. Every piece here was chosen by a person who thought it was worth keeping, then photographed, described and packed by the people who chose it. When you call (201) 706-3742, at any hour, someone picks up.

How we choose
Meaning first, beauty second. A lotus because it grows out of mud. A mala because one hundred and eight beads give the breath somewhere to rest. A cairn because someone walked this way before you and left a mark to say so. If a piece is only decorative, it does not make it in.
The collection runs through three currents — spiritual and meditation pieces, from malas and singing bowls to statues and altar accessories; inspirational ones, where a mantra or a few good words are the point; and natural wellness, the crystals, botanicals and small rituals of an ordinary day. Most of what we sell sits in more than one of them, which is rather the idea.

Every order is packed and shipped from our fulfillment center at 930 Newark Avenue, Suite T402, Jersey City, NJ 07306, and returns come back to the same address. It is a fulfillment center rather than a shop — Buddha Groove is online only, so there is nothing to visit.
