The hand here is in the blessing mudra with the palm of the right hand facing outward to give a blessing or dispel fear. This hand position is known as abhaya mudra. In the hand is a Vajra. Dorje or Vajra in the original Sanskrit translates both as "adamantine" and "thunderbolt". This is one of the ritual objects of Tibetan Buddhism and is a symbol of compassion, the most powerful energy in the universe. By wearing this symbol, one can constantly remind themselves of their active commitment to compassion with whatever is occurring outside.

Handmade: Minor variations in size, shape and finish may be present, making each piece a unique work of art.
