This distinctive meditation mala is made of 54 faceted turquoise 8mm beads alternating with 54 rose quartz 4 mm beads. Traditionally, each bead is used to count the repetition of a mantra or chant. This mala is recommended for shorter meditative sessions, or, repeat the chants for two lengths of the mala to complete a full 108 chants meditative session. A sterling silver guru bead and threaded tassel mark the starting point from which all meditation should begin.
