May is Mental Health Month. Let us all try to be more in touch with ourselves as we move through the world over the next few weeks. Take care of our minds. Rest our bodies. Remember that mental afflictions are not always visible to the eye. Though great rules for life, let’s commit to being kind to strangers, to practicing compassion.  Take extra time to listen, and don’t be afraid to speak.
