Weekly Theme in Review: Be Free

Be free. Be happy. Be yourself.

Free Your Spirit

This week we explored the skies of freedom and imagination. Here are some highlights from the past few days:

  1. Think Freely. Open the door of your mind and let your thoughts fly free.  What thoughts did you pursue?
  2. Free Your Spirit. Self-doubt is one of the qualities that make us human. So is the capability to overcome this doubt. Breathe deep, try to free yourself from worry and find fulfillment in at least one task everyday.
  3. Happiness and Freedom. Freedom does not imply an existence without care and responsibility. True freedom instead refers to a deep sense of happiness in the knowledge that no small trouble is worthy of great distress.

Your wisdom inspired our conversations:

Veronica T. Having a vision conquers all.

Vickie G. Let your soul & spirit fly!

Jerry D. This moment is exquisite.

Quotes from Robert Frost and William Faulkner made us think about the origins of freedom, while an examination of Buddha’s symbolic hand gestures gave us insight towards freeing ourselves from fear and doubt. Finally, we hope everyone had a happy Fourth of July!

Now that the fireworks are all over, we have just one more thought on “Be Free”- that ultimate freedom begins in the mind. Liberate your consciousness, read as much and as often as you can and be aware of the world around you.
