The bag is 12 L x 11.5 W x 5 inches deep. Has an adjustable padded nylon strap. The messenger bag comes with an outside cell phone holder, 2 zippered pockets, one under the flap and one on the back. The inside of the bag is fabric lined, with two pockets, and a number of pen and pencil sleeves. The outside is made from heavy water resistant 600D nylon. The 12 L X 11.5 W inches flap is made from a heavy weight canvas with a polyester front. On the front flap is the Buddhist mantra. Om Mani Padme Hum is the most frequently used Mantra in Buddhism, the syllable "Om" represents body, spirit and the speech of Buddha; "Mani" is for the path of teaching; "Padme" for the wisdom of the path, and "hum" indicates to the union of wisdom and the path to it.
