How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe and secure checkout. You can pay via a credit card, Paypal and Apply Pay.

Do I pay Sales Tax?
By law, we only charge sales tax to orders that are shipped within the State of New Jersey. Your exact sales tax is based on the ship-to address.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?
An electronic invoice is generated with your order. You will receive an email with your order details and charges within minutes of placing your order. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an order confirmation email from us. No pricing info is included with the order.

Can I cancel my order?
To offer prompt shipping, an order once placed goes into the order processing queue. Orders once placed may not be cancelled. 



How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $30 within continental USA. For orders below $30, you will have an opportunity to review the final shipping cost before you checkout. Expedited shipping options are also available during checkout.

What are the Transit Times?
Orders with Free Shipping are delivered within 1-10 business days depending on the final destination. Please note that this transit time is in addition to any processing time listed on the product page.

For orders to  Alaska & Hawaii, the shipping charges are calculated based on weight and the final destination.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice.  Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product. Please note that UPS, Fedex and DHL deliveries are M-F only. Weekends are not part of standard or expedited shipping times.

How do I estimate the right delivery time for me?
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit time.

Order Processing Time is defined as the time it takes to process your order. While we aim to process most orders the same day if received by 2 PM EST, please estimate for processing time as mentioned on all product pages. For example: Ships in 1 business day, Ships in 2-3 business days, etc. 
Transit Time is defined as the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver the package to you. Free shipping option can take anywhere from 1-7 business days, while 2 Day is two business days after the product has shipped. Next Day Air is delivered next business day after the order has been processed.

Order Processing Example:

Your order was placed on Thursday afternoon for product marked as "Ships in 1 Business Day" and you selected 2nd Day Delivery. The order will be shipped on Friday with guaranteed delivery by Tuesday. Please note that weekend days are NOT counted towards delivery days. If you order was placed on a Monday for the same product, it will be shipped on Tuesday with delivery for Thursday.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we offer standard shipping to Canada. Your shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Unfortunately, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy.

Do you ship outside USA & Canada and how much do I pay for International Shipping?
We are able to ship products to internationally. International orders are contigent upon certain criteria since these are handled on order by order basis. If your order is over $75, we will make every effort to ship out the product to you. Email us at cs @ with the product you are interested in. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy.



What is your return policy?
You may return most items sold by Buddha Groove within 30 days of your original order date for a refund. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days of your original order date. Buddha Groove does not cover your return shipping costs. Please note that books, media items, bath and body products, Zen gardens and terrariums with air-plants, and tea/food items are non-returnable.

How do I return the products?
Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package then ship to the address below within 30 days from the order date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return (do share), order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.

How long does it take to get my refund? 
We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount and posted to your account once the return is processed. It may take up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.



I was shipped the wrong item(s). What should I do?
If the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will replace the product or refund the complete amount including all shipping charges. Please email us at with your order number. We will assist you in returning the original shipment including the shipping charges and getting the correct product to you.

My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?
If you received a damaged delivery, all you have to do is let us know. Please  email us at and file a claim within 5 days from the delivery date. A customer specialist from the shipping department may call you to confirm some details. Once you file a claim with us, please save the content in its original packaging. Our carrier may choose to inspect the package. The claim may not be processed if the original packaging and its contents are not available. We will ship out a replacement to you immediately. Please DO NOT ship the damaged merchandise back to us. 



How can I get a different size for the item I purchased?
There are two ways to exchange for a new size:

1) Place A New Order *Recommended
Buddha Groove’s designs sell out quickly. To make sure you can get a different size before it sells out, we recommend placing a new order in your desired size as soon as possible. Once you’ve placed your order, you can return the original size for a full refund.


2) Do A Return
Send us the original size you ordered along with your order’s packing slip. Be sure to write down your request for an exchange on the packing slip, clearly specifying which size you’d like. If the desired size is available, we will promptly ship a replacement. Otherwise, you’ll receive a full refund.

Please Note All exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original order. All items must be unworn and in their original condition. For all exchanges, Buddha Groove does not cover the cost of return shipping and handling.



I Received a gift that I would like to exchange for another product. What is the process?
We can accept a returnable product within 30 days of your order delivery for a store credit that can be applied towards any product.

Step 2: Return the item you received as a gift along with your order’s packing slip. On the packing slip please mention that you are requesting a store credit” with your email id.  If the packing slip is not available, simply write your name, address, phone #, email id, and a note requesting a store credit.
