How do I use my Gratitude Credit?
Sign in before you check out, and your credit is applied for you. There's no code to enter. The part of an order paid with Gratitude Credit or a gift card doesn't earn credit.
How long does credit last?
6 months from the day it's added. Birthday gifts last 7 days — a birthday-week treat. Your account shows every credit and when it expires.
What counts toward Blossom?
Your orders and what you paid for your pieces in the last 12 months, after discounts — not shipping or tax, and not what's paid with a gift card or Gratitude Credit. Orders from before the Circle began count too.
How long do I stay in Blossom?
12 months from the day you reach it. If you've placed 4 orders and spent $350 in the year before it ends, it carries on for another 12.
What if I return something?
The credit you earned on it is adjusted to match. If you've already spent it, we simply take it from your next credit — you're never charged.
When does credit arrive?
Three days after your order is delivered. It appears in your account, with the order it came from.
