Be Here Now is less a phrase than a teaching. Popularized by spiritual teacher Ram Dass in his 1971 book of the same name, it distills centuries of contemplative wisdom into three words: presence is the practice.

The words on the ring are well spaced and easily read, but the overall effect is more industrial-looking than expected. The fit is good but the edges of the ring are sharp, not rounded, and it is somewhat uncomfortable to wear. I do like the slogan, and it is a good value.
