I love these rings. The messages are wonderful. This too shall pass got me through the pandemic years. I wear my ring on my middle finger that has some arthritis. If the finger is sore this ring adjusts and never squeezes. Very comfortable and comforting.

This ring is great for my arthritic fingers because I can open it up and then close it again when over the knuckles. It is a bit large in size, so I have to wear it on my index finger, but since I wanted it to remind me to be grounded during these challenging times, wearing it on that finger certainly adds to that!
