FREE SHIPPING Over $25 within continental USA
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $25 within the continental USA. Order below $25 ships for $3.45 with standard shipping. Any exceptions will be usually displayed on the product description page. For other products you will have an opportunity to review the final shipping cost before you checkout.
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US Protectorates, the shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and the final destination. Please note that shipping charges to US Protectorates are for estimate purposes only and may be modified prior to shipping with the customer's knowledge and consent.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice. Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product. Please note that UPS, Fedex deliveries are M-F only. Weekends are not part of standard or expedited shipping times.
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit time
Order Processing Time is defined as the time it takes to process your order. While we aim to process most orders the same day if received by 2 PM EST, please estimate for processing time as mentioned on all product pages. For example: Ships in 1 business day, Ships in 2-3 business days, etc.
Transit Time is defined as the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver the package to you. Free shipping option can take anywhere from 1-10 business days, ground takes 5-7 business days, while 2 Day is two business days after the product has shipped. Next Day Air is delivered next business day after the order has been processed. Free shipping on Media (books, etc.) may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Order Processing Example:
Your order was placed on Thursday afternoon for product marked as "Ships in 1 Business Day" and you selected 2nd Day Delivery. The order will be shipped on Friday with guaranteed delivery by Tuesday. Please note that weekend days are NOT counted towards delivery days. If your order was placed on a Monday for the same product with 2nd Day delivery, it will ship on Tuesday with delivery for Thursday.
If your order was damaged in transit: Just let us know
All orders are carefully packaged. However if there is any damage to the package in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and file a claim within 5 days from the delivery date. A customer specialist from the shipping department may call you to confirm some details. Once you file a claim with us, please save the content in its original packaging. Our carrier may choose to inspect the package. The claim may not be processed if the original packaging and its contents are not available. We will ship out a replacement to you immediately. Please DO NOT ship the damaged merchandise back to us.
We ship to Canada
Yes, we offer standard shipping to Canada. Your shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Unfortunately, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. Processing time for orders to Canada can take up to 5 business days (before the items are shipped). Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy. In case the item is damaged in transit, the receiver will be required to report the damage to their local post office for inspection.

Incase you were shipped the wrong item(s) - please notify us within 5 business days
Though rare, but if we made an error in your order, we will replace the product or refund the complete amount including all shipping charges. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, name and address and details on the reason for your return. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges. Just let us know.
We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including if the item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period or if the item is not in its original condition.
We offer no-hassle returns. You may return most Buddha Groove items (unused) in original packaging. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days from the order date. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable. Some personal use items, media, books, cards and products containing plants (including air-plants) are non-returnable. Please check product page for details about the return policy of the product you wish to return.
You may return any unused items with original tags (wherever applicable) and in its original internal packaging within 30 days of your order for a full refund. Buddha Groove does not cover your return shipping costs. The refunds are issued in 10-14 business days after receiving the package.
Note: Please make sure that your return is post-marked within 30 days of your original order date. Any late returns not be accepted. Service fees such gift wrap fee or expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return the products
Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 30 days of your original order date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). Failed Delivery Attempts / Refused Delivery
Most orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. The shipping company will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or due to refused delivery, your order will be subject to our return policy as follows: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling plus 10% restocking fees. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a credit on the amount you paid less shipping and handling (both ways) and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. This rule applies under both refused delivery and failed delivery attempts.

Skillfully created by artisans. Slight variation may occur in color, size and design enhancing individual artistic character of each piece. Though our photography tends to very accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the setting of your computer screen. We do not offer any warranty on the handmade products past our standard return policy deadline, especially on jewelry and personal items.
