A traditional 108-bead mala strung with warm, honey-toned sandalwood, three lapis lazuli counters, and a guru bead finished with a blue tasseled cord. I was a little disappointed to see that it should not be worn as "jewelry" due to its fragility. I would like to wear it as jewelry in addition to using it for meditation. But it's very beautiful.
